    Projekt zavádí komplexní soubor mechanismů přímé podpory a poradenství ve vzdělávání i výchově žáků ohrožených soc. vyloučením docházejících do 5 ZŠ s významným podílem žáků s odlišným mateřským jazykem a se spec. vzdělávacími potřebami. Proj. nabízí inovativní kombinaci skupinové a individuální podpory ve školním i rodinném prostředí. Prostřednictvím odpoledních klubů a intervencí v rodinách snižuje znevýhodnění těchto dětí; pravidelná rodičovská setkání posilují vazbu mezi školou a rodinami. (Czech)

    The project introduces a comprehensive set of mechanisms for direct support and counselling in education and education of pupils at risk by exclusion from 5 primary schools with a significant proportion of pupils with different mother tongues and specific educational needs. Proj. offers an innovative combination of group and individual support in both school and family environments. Reduces the disadvantage of these children through afternoon clubs and interventions in families; regular parenting meetings strengthen the link between school and families. (English)
