Projekt se zaměřuje na systematickou podporu pedagogů v oblasti multikulturní výchovy a interkulturního vzdělávání a práce s žáky v kulturně, etnicky, jazykově a sociálně diverzifikované třídě. Nabízí ucelený systém profesního rozvoje v oblasti metodách multikulturní výchovy, rozvoje sociálních a občanských kompetencí nezbytných pro život v multikulturní společnosti prostřednictvím průřezových témat a rozvoje osobnostních kompetencí pedagogů. The project focuses on systematic support of teachers in the field of multicultural education and intercultural education and working with pupils in cultural, ethnic, linguistic and socially diversified classes. It offers a comprehensive system of professional development in the field of multicultural education methods, the development of social and civic competences necessary for life in a multicultural society through cross-cutting topics and the development of personal competences of teachers.
