Nezaměstnanost může ohrozit každého z nás. Pro osoby s kumulovanými hendikepy je tato hrozba velmi reálná. Jejich vzdělání a profesní zkušenosti neodpovídají poptávce na trhu práce. Při realizaci projektu poskytneme těmto osobám potřebné vzdělání vzhledem k požadavkům regionálních zaměstnavatelů na území MAS Krušné hory a umístíme úspěšné absolventy kurzů do zaměstnání, tím snížíme počet nezaměstnaných osob evidovaných na ÚP. Cílem projektu je efektivně propojit nabídku a poptávku na trhu práce. (Czech)

Unemployment can put all of us at risk. For people with accumulated handicaps, this threat is very real. Their education and professional experience do not correspond to the demand in the labour market. When implementing the project, we will provide these persons with the necessary education due to the requirements of regional employers on the territory of the Ore Mountains LAG and place successful graduates of courses in employment, thereby reducing the number of unemployed persons registered at the ÚP. The aim of the project is to connect supply and demand on the labour market effectively. (English)
