In order to ensure proper activities in accordance with Article 123(4), Article 127 of Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council and in connection with Articles 152 and 153 of Regulation No.1303/2013 in accordance with Article 59(1)(c) and Article 62 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006, the framework of applicable and effective legal and methodological regulations of the EU and the Czech Republic and the current requirements of the European Commission need to use specialised external audit services, translation services and interpreters in some cases.
