Předmětem projektu je vytvoření 9 strategických dokumentů,které budou definovat cíle Svazku obcí Prostějov - venkov dle jejich preferencí a budou napomáhat k účelnému a efektivnímu naplnění cílů v oblasti technické infrastruktury (veřejné osvětlení, inženýrské sítě), veřejného prostranství (veřejná zeleň) a veřejných pohřebišť.Potřebnost realizace projektu vychází z požadavků z vedení a provozu svazku a jednotlivých obcí.
