Cílem projektu je upscaling pilotně ověřeného a validovaného modelu, jehož zavedení snižuje náklady na 50% oproti výchozímu stavu při zachování kvality a dostupnosti poskytované sociální služby. V 1. fázi upscaling zavádí model do praxe 10 nových poskytovatelů (lokalizací) v celkovém rozsahu 35 000 odpečovaných hodin ročně. Cílem 2. fáze je zpřístupnění standardizované metodiky modelu a poznatků z její replikace (metodiky replikace) dalším zájemcům o využití a jejich podpora. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to upscaling a pilot-tested and validated model, which reduces costs to 50 % from baseline while maintaining the quality and availability of the provided social service. In Phase 1, upscaling introduces 10 new providers (localisations) to a total of 35,000 hours per year. The objective of Phase is to make the standardised model methodology and knowledge from its replication (the methodology of replication) available to other interested parties in their use and support.
