Projekt si klade za cíl napomoci mezinárodní mobilitě znevýhodněné mládeže, konkrétně mladým osobám do 30 let se zdravotním postižením z Moravskoslezského kraje (uchazeči o zaměstnání - UoZ).V rámci projektu je pro ně plánován komplex vzájemně provázaných aktivit kladoucích důraz na individuální přístup k účastníkům a odstranění překážek jejich obtížné integrace na pracovní trh a to formou získání praktické zkušenosti ze zahraniční stáže a dalších motivačních a vzdělávacích aktivit. The project aims to help the international mobility of disadvantaged youth, namely young people under the age of 30 with disabilities from the Moravian-Silesian Region (employers for employment – UOZ).The project includes a set of interconnected activities that emphasise individual access to participants and the removal of obstacles to their difficult integration into the labour market by gaining practical experience from foreign internships and other motivational and educational activities.
