Účast v projektu zvýší šance na nalezení prac. uplatnění u min. 24 uchazečů o zaměstnání z řad OZP zejm. s mentálním postižením. Pro tyto lidi je charakteristická nízká úroveň kvalifikace a často absence prac. zkušeností, proto jsou jejich šance na nalezení prac. místa malé. Projekt nabízí možné řešení prostřednictvím realizace motivačně vzdělávacího programu a absolvování stáže v SRN. Účastníci si posílí sebevědomí, získají zkušenosti z vhodného oboru a osvojí si prac. návyky i soběstačnost. (Czech)

Participation in the project will increase the chances of finding a job at least 24 jobseekers from the OZP, especially with mental disabilities. These people are characterised by a low level of qualification and often lack of work. experience, therefore, their chances of finding jobs are small. The project offers a possible solution through the implementation of the motivational training program and completion of the internship in Germany. Participants will strengthen their self-confidence, gain experience in the appropriate field and acquire their work. habits and self-sufficiency. (English)
