Projekt řeší komplexní profesionalizaci provozu a řízení organizace POHODA, která se zaměřuje na poskytování služeb lidem s mentálním postižením a sociální podnikání. Profesionalizace bude zajištěna externími experty, s jejichž pomocí dojde k zavedení nových nástrojů a postupů v oblastech strategie, fundraisingu, lidských zdrojů, marketingu a kvality služeb. Souběžné zaškolení zaměstnanců umožní, že zvládnou nové přístupy sami aplikovat a vyhodnocovat. (Czech)

The project deals with complex professionalisation of operation and management of POHODA organisation, which focuses on providing services to people with mental disabilities and social entrepreneurship. Professionalisation will be ensured by external experts to introduce new tools and procedures in the areas of strategy, fundraising, human resources, marketing and service quality. Simultaneous training of employees will enable them to be able to apply and evaluate new approaches themselves. (English)
