Projekt je zaměřen na budování kapacit organizace Jako doma - Homelike a jejich zaměstnankyň a zaměstnanců. V návaznosti na procesní audit organizace vznikne v rámci projektu strategický plán organizace na léta 2017 až 2021, fundraisingová strategie, podnikatelský a marketingový plán sociálního podniku zaměřeného na poskytování veganského jídla. Zaměstnanci/kyně projdou školením, které zvýší kvalitu poskytovaných služeb a navštíví slovenskou organizaci Vagus a získají od ní zkušenosti. (Czech)

The project is focused on capacity building of the organisation Homelike and their employees and employees.
