Cílem projektu je posílit kapacitu a profesionalizaci Národní rady osob se zdravotním postižením ČR a to prostřednictvím vytvoření systému strategického rozvoje, fundraisingu, vytvoření plánu lidských zdrojů, marketingového plánu a rozvoje služeb. V rámci projektu se budeme věnovat především rozvoji pracovníků prostřednictvím vzdělávání ať již v manažerských dovednostech tak odborných znalostech. V rámci projektu bude pilotně ověřena PR kampaň. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity and professionalisation of the National Council of Persons with Disabilities of the Czech Republic through the creation of a system of strategic development, fundraising, the creation of a human resources plan, a marketing plan and the development of services. As part of the project, we will focus mainly on the development of workers through education, whether in managerial skills and professional knowledge. The project will be piloted by a PR campaign.
