Projekt "NaNovo a kvalitně" reaguje na současnou neutěšenou situaci metodické práce s kvalitou, která je dána zejména větším počtem rozprostřených služeb organizace, jejichž vzájemné odlišnosti musíme zohlednit. Plánovanými kroky bude vytvořen jasný systém metodické práce s kvalitou se zajištěním efektivního a oboustranného předávání informací mezi klienty a pracovníky. Podmínkou úspěšnosti cílů projektu bude zajištění odpovídajícího vzdělávání a stáží pro pracovníky v oblasti práce s kvalitou. (Czech)

The project “new and good” responds to the current dismal situation of methodical work with quality, which is mainly due to a larger number of spread services of the organisation, whose differences we must take into account. The planned steps will create a clear system of methodical work with quality ensuring effective and mutual transfer of information between clients and workers. A condition for the success of the project’s objectives will be to ensure adequate training and traineeships for workers in the field of quality work. (English)
