Projekt Asociace občanských poraden (dále AOP) je komplexní v tom ohledu, že se zaměřuje jak na rozvoj samotné "střechy", tak na posílení metodické podpory a poradenství vůči svým členským organizacím. Jednotlivé klíčové aktivity naplňují hlavní cíl projektu, kterým je posílení kapacity celé Asociace skrze podporu strategického a finančního řízení, managementu, vícezdrojového financování, ale také navýšení kvality poskytovaných služeb členskými organizacemi AOP. The project of the Association of Civil Advisorys (hereinafter AOP) is complex in the sense that it focuses on both the development of the “roofs” itself, as well as the strengthening of methodological support and advice towards its member organisations. Individual key activities fulfil the main objective of the project, which is to strengthen the capacity of the whole Association through support of strategic and financial management, management, multi-source financing, as well as increasing the quality of services provided by member organisations of AOP. The project is planned for 24 months. (English)
