Projektový záměr řeší potřebu posílení kapacit České ženské lobby (ČŽL), členské sítě Evropské ženské lobby (EWL), a to jak z hlediska transformace, dalšího rozvoje a profesionalizace střešní organizace,tak z hlediska posílení metodické podpory a poradenství vůči členským organizacím (28 organizací působících v oblasti rovných příležitostí i soc.začleňování).Navržená řešení vycházejí z realizovaného procesního auditu,kterým ČŽL v roce 2015 prošla a šetřením potřeb mezi členskými organizacemi. The project plan addresses the need to strengthen the capacities of the Czech Women’s Lobby (ČŽL), member networks of the European Women’s Lobby (EWL), both in terms of transformation, further development and professionalisation of the roof organisation, and in terms of strengthening methodological support and advisory to member organisations (28 organisations active in the area of equal opportunities and soc.inclusion).The proposed solutions are based on the realised process audit, which the ČŽL underwent in 2015 and surveyed needs between member organisations.
