Cílem projektu je zvýšení kvality a rozvoj sociální práce ve správním obvodu ORP Žamberk v kontextu sociálního začleňování. Prioritou je podpora rozvoje profesních kompetencí zaměstnanců VS, konkrétně sociálních pracovníků odboru sociálních věcí a zdravotnictví MěÚ Žamberk. Cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím aktivit vzdělávání a supervizí s potenciálem pozitivního vlivu na přímou práci s klienty a aktivit síťování soc. pracovníků napříč institucemi vedoucí k efektivnějšímu výkonu sociální práce. The aim of the project is to improve the quality and development of social work in the administrative district of ORP Žamberk in the context of social inclusion. The priority is to support the development of occupational competences of VS employees, namely social workers of the Department of Social Affairs and Health MěÚ Žamberk. The goal will be achieved through educational activities and supervision with potential positive impact on direct work with clients and networking activities across institutions leading to more effective performance of social work.
