Předmětem projektu je pořízení hardwaru a softwaru pro doplnění nových funkcionalit IS pro podporu provozních činnosti města Rýmařova a pořízení systému elektronických formulářů pro úplné elektronické podání. Předkládaný projektový záměr je koncipován tak, aby jeho realizací byly agendy vykonávané MěÚ podpořeny moderními prvky ICT a to s potenciálem zvýšení kvality poskytovaných veřejných služeb při dodržování principů 3E: hospodárnosti, účelnosti a efektivnosti. The object of the project is to acquire hardware and software to complement new IS functionalities to support Rýmařova’s operational activities and to acquire a system of electronic forms for complete electronic submission. The proposed project plan is designed in such a way that its implementation of the agendas carried out by MeÚ is supported by modern ICT elements, with the potential to improve the quality of the public services provided while complying with the principles of 3E: economics, efficiency and efficiency.
