Projekt se zaměřuje na zajištění dostupnosti sociálních služeb a poskytování vybraných sociálních služeb sociální prevence na území Jihomoravského kraje. Věnuje se cílovým skupinám osob, které jsou ohroženy sociálním vyloučením, bezdomovectvím, domácím násilím a závislostmi, a osobám se zdravotním postižením, které jsou znevýhodněny na trhu práce. Díky realizaci projektu budou osoby cílové skupiny schopny lépe se orientovat a vyrovnávat s nepříznivou sociální a životní situací. (Czech)

The project focuses on ensuring the availability of social services and providing selected social prevention services in the South Moravian Region. It focuses on target groups of people at risk of social exclusion, homelessness, domestic violence and addiction, and disabled people who are disadvantaged in the labour market. Thanks to the implementation of the project, the target groups will be able to better orient themselves and cope with unfavourable social and life situations. (English)
