Hl. cílem projektu je zvýšit úroveň znalostí, dovedností, kompetencí 147 zaměstnanců a řešit nesoulad mezi kvalifikační úrovní zaměstnanců a potřebami zaměstnavatele. Aktivity, které povedou k dosažení cíle spočívají v realizaci prezenční formy výuky v oblasti dalšího profesního vzdělávání . Rizikem projektu je nenaplnění cílových hodnot indikátorů, nezvládnutí časového harmonogramu projektu a negativní ovlivňování firemních procesů a fluktuace. (Czech)

The objective of the project is to increase the level of knowledge, skills, competences of 147 employees and to address inconsistencies between the qualification level of employees and the needs of the employer. Activities that will lead to the achievement of the goal consist of implementing a full-time form of teaching in the field of continuing professional education. The risk of the project is not fulfilling the target values of indicators, failure to manage the timetable of the project and negative influence on corporate processes and fluctuation. (English)
