Projekt umožní realizovat firemní vzdělávání pro zaměstnance společností AMULET logistic a.s. a partnera Emerge, s. r. o. Za účelem identifikace konkrétních vzdělávacíchkurzů vhodných pro zaměstnance byla ve společnostech realizována analýza vzdělávacích potřeb. Projekt cílí především na rozvoj pracovních znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí potřebných pro kvalitní výkon práce u uvedených zaměstnavatelů. (Czech)

The project will enable company training for employees of AMULET logistics a.s. and partner Emerge, s. r. o. In order to identify specific training courses suitable for employees, an analysis of educational needs was carried out in the companies. The project aims primarily at the development of working knowledge, skills and competences needed for the quality of work performed by the employers. (English)
