Hlavním důvodem navrhované akce je nevyhovující kvalita a kvantita pitné vody v místních zdrojích. Účelem akce je též zajištění větší spolehlivosti v dodávkách pitné vody a pokrytí nerovnoměrnosti v dodávkách pitné vody v letních měsících. Projektem dojde k vybudování nového vodovodního přivaděče pitné vody z centrálního zdroje v délce17 880 m. (Czech)
