Projekt bude zacílen na zvýšení odborných znalostí zaměstnanců, kteří se v daných odvětvích potřebují nadále vzdělávat. Od realizace projektu očekáváme zvýšení prorůstového potenciálu společnosti a upevnění pracovních pozic zaměstnanců. Jediným rizikem pro neúspěch projektu by mohl být malý zájem cílové skupiny, kterou budeme motivovat k úspěšnému absolvování. (Czech)

The project will aim to increase the expertise of employees who need to continue to educate themselves in these sectors. From the implementation of the project, we expect an increase in the company’s pro-growth potential and the strengthening of employees’ positions. The only risk to the failure of the project could be the small interest of the target group, which we will motivate for successful completion. (English)
