Projektem bude realizováno vzdělávání zaměstnanců (od pracovníků obsluhující stroje, prodejce až po vyšší management) firmy ZJP, s.r.o. Vybrané vzdělávací aktivity směřují k rozvoji společnosti v distribuci, prodeji nářadí, nástrojů a strojů. Zároveň umožní rozvoj úrovně zaměstnanců a zvýšení uplatnitelnosti na trhu práce s cílem zvýšit kvalifikaci pracovníků potřebnou pro výkon jejich práce v souladu s dlouhodobou strategií společnosti. The project will provide training of employees (from machine operators, sellers to higher management) of ZJP, s.r.o. Selected educational activities aim to develop the company in distribution, sale of tools, tools and machines. At the same time, it will enable the development of the level of employees and the increase in the applicability of the labour market in order to increase the skills required for the performance of their work in line with the company’s long-term strategy.
