V rámci projektu budou školeni zaměstnanci společnosti od řídících pracovníků až po obsluhu strojů, a to zejména v oblasti technického a odborného školení, které se váže k vykonávané pracovní pozici těchto zaměstnanců. Významná část školení bude věnována měkkým a manažerským dovednostem. Díky realizaci projektu dojde ke zvýšení odborných znalostí a dovedností pracovníků i jejich kompetencí, což povede v konečném důsledku ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti. (Czech)

Within the framework of the project, the company’s employees will be trained from managers to machine operators, especially in the field of technical and vocational training linked to the job performed by these employees. A significant part of the training will be devoted to soft and managerial skills. Thanks to the implementation of the project will increase the professional knowledge and skills of workers and their competencies, which will ultimately lead to increased competitiveness of the company.
