Projekt vzdělávání zaměstnanců je zaměřen na prohloubení kvalifikace, rozvoj odborných znalostí a měkkých dovedností a kompetencí zaměstnanců společnosti žadatele i partnera s důrazem na nízko kvalifikované pracovníky ve věku nad 54 let.
