Ženy budou motivovány k profesnímu růstu a odbornému vzdělávání s cílem nalezení, udržení a progresi v zaměstnání. (Czech)

The main objective of the project is to improve the unfavourable position of women 55+ on the labour market in the Zlín Region, increasing their employability and applicability. The project will be supported by a comprehensive set of activities to support at least 50 women who will be directed towards long-term sustainable employment while degrading gender stereotypes, e.g. prejudices towards continuing professional education for women 55+. Women will be motivated to develop professional growth and vocational training with a view to finding, maintaining and progressing in employment. (English)
