Cílem projektu je rekonstruovat část Obecního úřadu ve Lkáni na komunitní centrum. Realizací stavebních aktivit nebude dotčena venkovní část stavby. Jedná se pouze o technické zhodnocení vnitřku budovy včetně dovybavení potřebným mobiliářem. Z tohoto důvodu pověřený stavební úřad vydal stanovisko, že pro uvedenou stavbu není potřeba ani stavební povolení, ani ohlášení stavby. Dotčenými cílovými skupinami jsou především osoby hledající uplatnění na trhu práce a členové místních spolků. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to reconstruct part of the Municipal Office in Lkáně into a community centre. The realisation of construction activities will not affect the outdoor part of the building. It is only a technical evaluation of the interior of the building, including retrofitting the necessary furniture. For this reason, the competent building authority issued the opinion that neither a building permit nor a declaration of the construction was required for the construction. The target groups concerned are mainly those seeking employment in the labour market and members of local associations. a. (English)
