Předmětem projektu je přestavba budovy s víceúčelovým využitím v městě Nové Hrady (ORP Trhové Sviny) na bytový dům s 12 bytovými jednotkami s celkovou maximální kapacitou 12 osob. Cílem je po výstavbě bytového domu ubytovat osoby, které pobývají ve správním území města Nové Hrady a rovněž v okolních obcí a jsou v bytové nouzi. V současnosti se v území, které je tvořeno zmíněnými obcemi jedná o cca 60 osob. Přednostně budou byty určeny pro osoby pobývající v Nových Hradech. a. (Czech)
