Obsahem projektu je vývoj a implementace zcela nového modulárního portálové řešení. Nový software bude vyvíjen na základě ověřených technologií používaných pro portálová řešení splňující kritéria pro bezpečnost a respektující poznatky o trendech a nastupujících technologických novinkách. Vyvíjený software bude založen na třívrstvé architektuře (datová vrstva, aplikační vrstva, prezentační vrstva). V souvislosti s projektem budou vytvořeny 4 nová pracovní místa. a. (Czech)
