Předmětem projektu je provedení stavební úpravy obvodového pláště a energeticky úsporných opatření na obálce budovy, novou osvětlovací soustavu v hale bývalé kotelny a budovy údržby, novou teplovodní otopnou soustavu a instalaci fotovoltaické elektrárny na sedlové střechy. Investicí do snížení energetické náročnosti průmyslového objektu dojde ke snížení roční spotřeby energie o 2 871,72 GJ a emisí CO2 o 318,245 t/rok. a. (Czech)

The object of the project is the construction modification of the outer shell and energy-saving measures on the front of the building, the new lighting system in the hall of the former boiler room and the maintenance building, the new hot water heating system and the installation of a photovoltaic power plant on saddle roofs. The investment in reducing the energy performance of the industrial building will result in a reduction in annual energy consumption by 2 871.72 GJ and CO2 emissions by 318.245 t/year. a. (English)
