Cílem projektu je rekonstrukce administrativní budovy, na adrese Kraslická č.p.250, 362 21 Nejdek, p.č. 376, k.ú. Nejdek (702625) a snížení její energetické náročnosti. Žadatel zakoupil nemovitost v dražbě od původních majitelů v zanedbaném stavu. Objekt je využíván pro administrativu se sociálním zázemím. Zlepšením tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy, střechy a výplně otvorů; rekonstrukcí systému vytápění a osvětlení dojde ke zprovoznění budovy v požadovaném energetickém standardu. a. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to reconstruct the administrative building at Kraslická č.p.250, 362 21 Nejdek, p.č. 376, k.ú. Nejdek (702625) and the reduction of its energy performance. The applicant purchased the property at auction from the original owners in a neglected state. The building is used for administration with social background. Improving the thermally technical properties of the building envelope, the roof and the filling of the openings; the reconstruction of the heating and lighting system will bring the building into operation in the required energy standard. a.
