Projekt statutárního města Ostrava vzešel z jednání na platformě k přípravě Strategického plánu sociálního začleňování 2015-2018. Cílem projektu je zvýšení úspěšnosti dětí a žáků ohrožených školním neúspěchem ve vzdělávání, zvláště dětí a žáků ze socioekonomicky znevýhodněného a kulturně odlišného prostředí, a zvýšení připravenosti škol na práci s těmito žáky. Projekt pokrývá celkem 10 875 žáků a 853 pedagogických pracovníků na celkem 29 ZŠ (vč. 5 pilotních) s rozpočtem ve výši 78,54 mil. Kč. (Czech)

The project of the Statutory City of Ostrava originated from negotiations on the platform to prepare the Strategic Plan for Social Inclusion 2015-2018. The aim of the project is to increase the success of children and pupils at risk of school failure in education, especially children and pupils from a socio-economically disadvantaged and culturally different environment, and to increase the preparedness of schools to work with these pupils. The project covers a total of 10 875 pupils and 853 teaching staff for a total of 29 elementary schools (including 5 pilots) with a budget of CZK 78.54 million. (English)
