Prodejna COOP Diskont Králíky je v současné době v nevyhovujícím technickém stavu s vysokými energetickými nároky a neefektivním en. hospodařením (technologie jsou morálně i technicky zastaralé). Cílem projektu je významné snížení energetické náročnosti objektu a tím i redukce nákladů na její provoz.
