Projekt řeší stavebně-technické rozšíření podnikatelského areálu. Na zakoupených pozemcích stojí dvě budovy - bývalá administrativní budova a výrobní hala, obě ve stavu brownfield v minulosti sloužící VD invalidů. Areál bezprostředně přiléhá k areálu žadatele. Projekt řeší celkovou revitalizaci - odstranění haly a stavbu nové a rekonstrukcí býv. adm. budovy. Rozšířením výrobních prostor se otevírá cesta k výrobě konstrukcí a a komponentů pro nástavbu nákladních automobilů. a. (Czech)

The project deals with the construction-technical expansion of the business complex. On the purchased land there are two buildings – a former office building and a production hall, both in a brownfield state in the past serving VD invalids. The area is immediately adjacent to the applicant’s premises. The project solves the overall revitalisation – the removal of the hall and the construction of a new building and reconstruction of the former adm. building. The expansion of production space opens the way to the production of structures and components for the superstructure of trucks. a. (English)
