Projekt reaguje na nedostatek kapacity sociálního bydlení v Ústí nad Labem a s tím spojené negativní dopady (blíže viz Studie). V rámci projektu dojde k pořízení 3 bytů pro sociální bydlení v Ústí nad Labem, jejich rekonstrukci a základnímu vybavení s cílem zajištění přístupu cílové skupiny (osoby v bytové nouzi) k dlouhodobému, dostupnému a prostorově nesegregovanému nájemnímu (sociálnímu) bydlení. V rámci provozní fáze projektu bude cílové skupině zajištěna podpora v rámci sociální práce. a. (Czech)

The project responds to the lack of capacity of social housing in Ústí nad Labem and the associated negative impacts (see Study). The project will include the acquisition of 3 flats for social housing in Ústí nad Labem, their reconstruction and basic equipment with the aim of ensuring access to long-term, accessible and spatially unegregated rental (social) housing. Within the operational phase of the project, support will be provided to the target group in the context of social work. a. (English)
