Předmětem projektu je vybudování 13 malometrážních bytů pro sociální bydlení v Litvínově, s cílem zajistit přístup cílové skupiny projektu (osoby v bytové nouzi) k dlouhodobému, finančně dostupnému a prostorově nesegregovanému nájemnímu bydlení. Cílové skupině projektu bude po dobu udržitelnosti projektu dostupná podpora ve formě sociální práce. Realizace projektu zahrnuje pořízení 2 objektů pro vybudování soc. bytů (změna užívání - bytové jednotky), stavební úpravy a jejich základní vybavení. a. (Czech)
