Cílem projektu je rekonstrukce objektů Březenecká č.p.4809 a stavby bývalé sauny na p.č.4865/94, k.ú. Chomutov, a snížení jejich energetické náročnosti. Zlepšením tepelně technických vlastností obálky budovy a výplně otvorů, rekonstrukcí rozvodů elektro a osvětlení dojde ke zprovoznění budovy v požadovaném energetickém standardu, snížení nákladů, zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a užitné hodnoty. a.
