Projekt je zaměřen na inovaci výroby vysokonapěťového (HV) pozistoru - výkonnějšího PTC topného elementu 3. generace pro vytápěcí jednotky elektromobilů a hybridních automobilů. Pro zavedení jeho sériové výroby je nutný redesign technologického procesu výroby s cílem snížit výrobní náklady, potřebu personálu a zmetkovitost, a nahradit 100% manuální optickou kontrolu HV PTC topných elementů kamerou za účelem splnění náročných požadavků zákazníka, snížení ceny a posílení konkurenceschopnosti. a. The project is focused on innovation of high voltage (HV) posistor production – a more powerful PTC heating element of the 3rd generation for heating units of electric cars and hybrid cars. For the introduction of its serial production, it is necessary to redesign the technological process of production in order to reduce production costs, staff needs and rejection, and replace 100 % manual optical control of HV PTC heating elements with a camera in order to meet demanding customer requirements, lower prices and enhance competitiveness.
