Společnost HON a.s. se dlouhodobě zabývá výrobou nábytku. S ohledem na stále rostoucí požadavky trhu na individualizovanou výrobu vzniká potřeba upravit nastavení firemních výrobních procesů a posílit přenos informací mezi jednotlivými pracovišti. The company HON a.s. has long been engaged in the production of furniture. In view of the ever-increasing market requirements for individualised production, there is a need to adjust the setting of company production processes and strengthen the transfer of information between individual workplaces. Mandelova University in Brno will be involved in the implementation of the project through a knowledge transfer assistant, which will help introduce processes that will lead to more efficient production. a.
