Podstatou projektu je nákup služeb (analýza, zpracování strategických map, metodika) týkající se optimalizace procesů.Tyto služby budou nakoupeny od Vysoké školy obchodní o.p.s., která je zařazena v seznamu výzkumných organizací.Realizace projektu bude probíhat v Moravskoslezském kraji, v obci Ostrava.Prostřednictvím realizace projektu dojde ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti naší společnosti a ke sdílení poznatků a know-how mezi podnikovou a výzkumnou sférou. a.
