The aim of the project is to diagnose the effectiveness and quality of the process of continuing professional education and create a binding methodology of an effective and quality process of continuing professional training of workers. This will help to streamline education processes in companies and facilitate the introduction of modern technologies (Industry 4.0 etc.).
