Záměrem předkládaného projektu je vyvinout komplexní a univerzálně aplikovatelný testovací systém pro získávání technologicky nejvhodnějších kmenů vinařských kvasinek. Cílem pak je, aby toto testovací zařízení poskytovalo objektivní, reprodukovatelné a spolehlivé výsledky, které se budou opírat o jistotu získanou precizním zkušebním provozem. V rámci projektu je dále plánováno dosáhnout izolace a ověření minimálně deseti nových vinařských kmenů nebo jejich kombinací. a. (Czech)

The aim of the submitted project is to develop a comprehensive and universally applicable testing system for obtaining the most technologically most suitable strains of wine yeasts. The aim is then to provide objective, reproducible and reliable results based on the certainty obtained by the precise test operation. The project is also planned to achieve isolation and verification of at least ten new wine strains or their combinations. a. (English)
