Cílem projektu je výzkum a vývoj nové technologie výpalu lehkého keramického kameniva Liapor, lehkého granulátu z keramické hmoty. Nová technologie výpalu založená na vývoji vnitřního vybavení rotační pece a chladiče umožní efektivnější přenos tepla ze spalin přímo do vsázky v jednotlivých zónách rotační pece a v bubnovém chladiči, a tím umožní, bez negativního vlivu na stávající produkci rotační pece, zvýšit poměr výroby frakce do 4 mm velikosti zrn jako frakce s nejžádanějším sortimentem. a. The aim of the project is to research and develop a new technology of lightweight ceramic aggregate Liapor, light granulate from ceramic material. The new firing technology based on the development of internal equipment of the rotary furnace and cooler will allow for more efficient transfer of heat from flue gas directly to the bet in individual zones of the rotary kiln and in the drum cooler, thus allowing, without negative impact on existing production of the rotary furnace, to increase the fraction production ratio up to 4 mm grain size as a fraction with the most desired assortment. a.
