Předmětem projektu je výzkum a vývoj zaměřený na zlepšení letových a bezpečnostních vlastností a zásadní modernizaci lehkého sportovní letounu PS-28 Cruiser. Inovativní řešení a hlavní cíl projektu spočívá ve vývoji modernizačních prvků a konstrukčních řešení letounu PS-28 Cruiser, která umožní zvýšení bezpečnosti provozu a zlepšení jeho letových a užitných vlastností.
