Projekt zahrnuje přípravu a aplikaci aktivit, interních a externích procesů a nástrojů s hlavním zaměřením na zkvalitnění klastrové základny, zvýšení efektivity řízení klastru, zintenzivnění spolupráce, zajištění finančních zdrojů pro jeho udržitelnost, zlepšení strategie klastru a implementačního plánu, rozšíření portfolia služeb a zkvalitnění public-relations klastu. Dopadem projektu by mělo být zlepšení jeho výkonosti, zdokonalení klastrového managementu a dosažení světové úrovně. (Czech)

The project includes the preparation and application of activities, internal and external processes and tools with the main focus on improving the cluster base, increasing the efficiency of cluster management, intensifying cooperation, securing financial resources for its sustainability, improving the cluster strategy and implementation plan, expanding the service portfolio and improving the quality of public-relations clusters. The impact of the project should be to improve its performance, improve cluster management and reach world level. (English)
