Předmětem projektu je zavedení efektivního nástroje koordinace projektového řízení v rámci MV, který umožní definovat, nastavit a ukotvit jednotnou politiku v oblasti projektového řízení, koordinace projektové činnosti, metodické podpory a vedení projektů napříč resortem. Úspěšná implementace principů projektového řízení je podmíněná využitím zkušených a certifikovaných projektových pozic, kteří budou jádrem realizačního týmu projektu a zajistí potřebnou úroveň a kvalitu projektového řízení. The aim of the project is to introduce an effective tool for coordination of project management within the Ministry, which will enable the definition, setting and anchoring of a uniform policy in the area of project management, coordination of project activities, methodological support and project management across the department. Successful implementation of project management principles is conditional on the use of experienced and certified project positions, which will be the core of the project implementation team and ensure the necessary level and quality of project management.
