Předmětem projektu je zavedení efektivního nástroje koordinace projektového řízení v rámci MV, který umožní definovat, nastavit a ukotvit jednotnou politiku v oblasti projektového řízení, koordinace projektové činnosti, metodické podpory a vedení projektů napříč resortem. Úspěšná implementace principů projektového řízení je podmíněná využitím zkušených a certifikovaných projektových pozic, kteří budou jádrem realizačního týmu projektu a zajistí potřebnou úroveň a kvalitu projektového řízení.
