Bytový dům byl postaven v 70 letech 20. stol. Konstrukce domu byly zhotoveny z tehdejší materiálové základny. Neodpovídají dnešním požadavkům na tepelně technické vlastnosti. Projekt zahrnuje výrazné zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností tvořících obálku budovy tak, aby byly naplněny cíle projektu. Obvodové stěny budou doplněny kontaktním tepelně izolačním systémem, včetně suterénních stěn, budou vyměněna původní okna, a bude zateplen strop nejvyššího podlaží. Budou vyměněny související prvky. The project involves a significant improvement of the thermally technical properties constituting the building envelope in order to meet the objectives of the project. The perimeter walls will be complemented by a contact thermal insulation system, including basement walls, the original windows will be replaced, and the ceiling of the highest floor will be insulated. The related elements will be replaced. (English)
