Hlavním cílem projektu je revitalizace bytového domu na ulici Pod Lipami 1531 - 1534 ve městě Hranice. Stavební práce se zejména týkají zateplení obvodového a střešního pláště bytového domu. V důsledku snížení energetické náročnosti budovy jsou očekávány finanční úspory za odběr tepelné energie, vylepšení vnitřního prostředí budovy, navýšení komfortu bydlení, zhodnocení objektu a v neposlední řadě zlepšení architektonického vzhledu bytového domu.
