Projektový záměr řeší regeneraci bytového domu v ul. Opavská č.p. 271/128, Janovice. Cílem předkládaného projektu je snížení energetické náročnosti bytového domu a snížení konečné spotřeby energie domácností prostřednictvím energeticky vědomé úpravy objektu. Stavební úpravy spočívají v zateplení obvodových konstrukcí, výměně vstupních dveří a oken. Tato opatření povedou k ochraně životního prostředí snížením škodlivých emisí a podpoře sociálně slabých obyvatel domu snížením výdajů na vytápění. (Czech)
