Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy a zateplení bytového domu na adrese Mnichov č.p.3, Mnichov u Poběžovic 345 22, stojící na st.parcele 123, k.ú. Mnichov u Poběžovic, vše zapsáno na LV 164.Úspory energie dosáhneme rekonstrucí a výměnou stávajícího kotle na vytápění BD, který v současné době plně neodpovídá emisním normám. V souvislosti s úsporami dojde i k výměně výplní otvorů. S ohledem na stáří celé budovy (kolaudace z r.1972), je bytový dům z hlediska energetické náročnosti nevyhovující. (Czech)
